PW reminder
For those who are in Mrs Phua HE, please remember to email her the proposal tommorow, 22/1/09 before 10 p.m. .
For those who are in Mdm Lur's HE, please remember to hand up the proposal on Friday, 23/1/09 at Tropical Paradise.
And for those who wants the HE soup recipe, here it is:
Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe
Ingredients per table
25g fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced (1 bag per class = 250g)
25g fresh button mushrooms, sliced (1 can per class)
20g plain flour
½ cup skimmed milk (about 125 ml, so slightly more than 1 carton per class)
½ tbsp butter (about 7g)
1/3 chicken stock cube
300ml water
Salt
Pepper
Method
1.Mix plain flour, milk and water to form a thick liquid.
2.Melt butter in saucepan and fry mushrooms until fragrant.
3.Add in mixture of flour, water and skimmed milk and stir well.
4.Add in chicken stock cube and stir until dissolved.
5.Cook, stirring all the time, until the mixture thickens.
6.Season with salt and pepper.

翔鹰2009之寻觅。It is carried out once every two years.
Venue: NAFA (Nanyang Academy Of Fine Arts)(Bugis)
Date: 14/15 March 2009 (saturday and sunday)
