If i'm not wrong, cikgu will be leaving after the March holidays. I will confirm with her when i see her next week. :D

So if she's leaving, want to give her some gift as a token of appreciation? if then, what type of gift? can we dont have a vangurd sheet with thanks? i think vanguard sheet too big, so if want, can have smaller piece of paper. :D

I know I am posting this post at quite a late time... But for those who sees, it please pass the messege to tell those who have not paid the edusave money to bring the signed paper and $30 tomorrow. Please pass the message to everyone, and I hope that plutonians will receive the message.

Student 1

1.Preheat oven to 200°C.
2.Collect 50g butter in small saucepan.
3.Add 100ml water into saucepan.
4.Heat over medium flame and stir until butter melts.

Student 2
1.Weigh out 50g plain flour.
2.Sieve flour with ¼ tsp baking powder.
3.Beat one egg into empty measuring jug.

Once butter is melted, lower to small flame.

Add in sifted flour and stir vigorously until the mixture does not stick to the sides of the pan.

Remove from fire and pour into mixing bowl to cool.

While waiting for the mixture to cool, grease the baking tray with butter.

Using the electric mixer, add a little beaten egg at a time and beat well to mix.

Continue beating in the eggs until the mixture becomes a shiny paste thick enough to hold its own shape.

Use 2 teaspoons to shape cream puffs onto baking tray.

Bake on top rack at 200ºC for 25 minutes.

Let the baked puffs cool slightly before cutting a slit at the side.

Allow puffs to cool completely before using a piping bag to put in the filling. E.g. ice-cream, custard cream.
